Directions for use
USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
For exclusive use in the veterinary applications as described in SANS 54885.
Do not mix with other disinfectants or any other substance. Ensure the area is cleared of gross debris before use.
How to mix
Always pour the water on the fluid. Use soft water and first add and stir in 5 parts water to 1 part A.C.T. Cleaning Fluid before adding the remainder of the required amount of water.
General disinfection
For the treatment of cattle trucks, stables, pens, walls and floor of quarantine pens and other farm buildings use at the dilution rate 1:250 (80 ml to 20 L water).
Infectious disease
For sterilising instruments, soiled linen and infective material, and the disinfection of slops, refuse, decaying matter and dead animals use at the dilution rate of 1:100 (50 ml to 5 L water).
Flushing
For use in sinks and sewers use at the dilution of 1:30 (150 ml to 4.5 L water). This dilution can also be used to impart a clean smell to quarantine pens, etc. by placing the mixture in one or two dishes in the room.
Spraying
For disinfection by spraying of quarantine pens, abattoirs, compounds and marketplaces use at the dilution rate of 1:500 (40 ml to 20 L water).
Safely discard unused portion of diluted solution after 24 hours.
